I’m Filip, a product designer with over 10 years of experience in tech, a two-time business founder, and a growth hacker. I’ve found a true passion for incorporating hard data and A/B testing into my design work—a skill I developed during my time working in growth. This is an area that is often overlooked when designing for users.

Throughout my career, I’ve become an advocate for using quantitative data to inform design decisions and have led data-driven design workshops within the design organizations I’ve been part of. I’m well-versed in working with fintech, SaaS, and e-commerce businesses, with a deep understanding of user problems and the ability to design solutions at lightning speed.

I’m not afraid to jump into new areas—most recently, I supported a social impact startup helping LGBTQ+ and BIPOC applicants find the right job.

Currently, I’m supporting two fintech companies (in Saudi Arabia and Amsterdam) by building MVPs to help them secure seed investment and hit the ground running.

I’m also a certified yoga teacher.
